About Me|
I’ve had the privilege of living in many parts of the world but have spent most of my life in Scottsdale, Arizona. I enjoyed a wonderful and very busy practice there for 24 years before moving to beautiful Maui in 2021.
While I loved the Grand Canyon State, I longed to be near the ocean, where my heart felt at peace. I feel incredibly fortunate to live on this beautiful island and be a part of this community. Practicing cardiology has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my life and I strive to provide the best possible care and compassion to my patients.

About My Practice
My focus is general cardiology with expertise in the prevention and management of congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, and arrhythmias. My diagnostic tools include stress tests, echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology.
Trust between doctor and patient is critical. It’s important for the doctor to listen closely to patients’ concerns in order to identify any medical issues. I hope that my patients feel comfortable communicating their concerns and fears and I invite them to be active participants in their medical care and decision making. The friendships I’ve developed over the years with many of my long-term patients and their families have made my work even more satisfying.
How I Thrive
I exercise regularly and spend a good deal of my free time outdoors. I stay connected with family and close friends, and I know that a good laugh can help heal the soul. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, photography, traveling, reading, and writing.
